By accessing or using the SEO Intelligence Platform (“Service”) at seointelligence.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO Intelligence Platform provides AI-powered SEO analysis, competitor intelligence, keyword research, market trend tracking, and actionable strategy recommendations. The Service integrates with third-party SEO tools and AI providers using credentials you supply.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Credentials

The Service allows you to enter API keys for third-party services (DataForSEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys.
• Your use of third-party services through our platform is subject to those services' own terms and conditions.
• We encrypt your API keys at rest but you use our Service to store them at your own risk.
• Usage charges from third-party services are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by SEO Intelligence Platform and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit (URLs, domain configurations, etc.), and we claim no ownership over your content or SEO analysis results.

7. Subscription and Billing

• The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SEO RECOMMENDATIONS WILL IMPROVE YOUR SEARCH RANKINGS OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES. SEO analysis results are based on data from third-party providers and AI models, and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
